St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation launches
2023 Tree of Lights Campaign

This year, through the annual Tree of Lights Campaign, the St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation is raising funds for local healthcare including a new mammography machine for St. Francis Memorial Hospital. 

The mail-out this year features the story of Sharon Florent of Madawaska, who regularly attends her mammogram following a breast cancer diagnosis in December 2016. 

While the current machine meets the very high standards set out by the mammography accreditation program, it is nearing the end of its lifespan and will have to be replaced.
